Industry, Texas - February 2018

In February, one of the earlier fried chicken picnics occurs in Industry, Texas, sponsored by the local Knights of Columbus. Their recipe is not your typical ice water and milk wet bath. I have been sworn to secrecy for the recipe's secret ingredient!
